Payment
Payment is required by cheque or cash at the time of consultation.

Private Medical Insurance
A receipt will be issued so you can reclaim your full or partial payment for those whose private medical insurance accepts sports therapy.

Cancellations
24 hours notice is required. After this period a fee applies.

What to Bring
Appropriate dress (e.g. shorts to change into if examining lower limbs, sleeveless shirt if examining upper limbs, bra if examining female back/neck etc). Running footwear, if problem relates to running activities.
Referral letter from GP or other referring professional if applicable. All reports, x-rays, letters etc relating to your injury if applicable.
