Rehabilitation involves giving specific exercises for the management of a particular injury or problem. At Pro-Am this may take the form of stretching, strengthening, stabilisation, weight training, technical work, drills or plyometrics. Pro-Am specialises in running and athletics but has access to a variety of expertise in various sports. This enables us to give specific exercises for each sport. Each client will be given a  program to follow at home, in the gym or before and after training to help self manage any problems and prevent others

Each client will be shown home treatments such as ice, heat and massage to go alongside the exercise program.

Pro-Am has the added benefit of a home gym which is open to clients for injury prevention and rehabilitation. The majority of clients seen find access to the gym keeps motivation to the home program.

All rehabilitation programmes are tailored to each individual and are evidenced based. Pro-Am is always updating knowledge on exercise.
