Looking for an injury specialist in your area? Many people call themselves Sports Therapists but have not undergone the extensive training required, always ensure that your Sports Therapist is registered with the Society of Sports Therapists look for the letters MSST after their name. Sadly the profession of Sports Therapy is not protected from those who have not done the right training, it is however in the process of a successful application to the health professions council which would put us along side other health professionals such as Physiotherapists. If using a Physiotherapist look for the letters MCSP.
